Shipping options are designed to ensure that your product arrives at the peak of freshness. Due to our strict quality standards, we are not able to ship outside the United States, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time. Shipping options to Alaska & Hawaii are determined by delivery area. Therefore, total shipping charges listed for these states are estimates. Please contact Customer Service at 877-826-9246 for detailed information regarding Alaska and Hawaii shipments including actual shipping charges and methods.

Perishables:
Please note that all perishable items are automatically shipped NEXT DAY to ensure your product arrives in superb condition. All fresh and frozen food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with dry ice or ice packs and placed in an insulated container for shipment.

Shipping Times

In-stock items ordered before 5:30 pm EST are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. Certain items are shipped directly from our purveyors and may require up to 24 hours of additional time to ship. Items that come from purveyors are so noted in the product description. In some cases, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box.

Under normal conditions, orders placed before 5:30 pm EST Monday through Thursday will ship that day.
Orders placed after 5:30 pm EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day.
Orders placed after 5:30 pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday as we are unable to ship on the weekend. Also, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit times listed on our site.

Orders containing perishables, placed between 5:30 pm EST Thursday and 5:30 pm EST Monday, will ship on Monday.

Saturday Delivery:

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to-address and are based on the total cost of your order, as illustrated in the following table. Gift certificates are an exception: The shipping charge is $5.00 per gift card regardless of the card amount. We will adjust the charge to your credit card accordingly upon receipt of your order. All other items in your order will incur shipping charges based upon total order amount according to the schedule below.
